SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail to ship all orders and this is tracked.

 

UK Orders

You should receive your order in 1-3 working days - please allow a week for any delays before contacting us.

International Orders

The time it can take to receive your order can vary depending on the courier in the receiving country.

 

Please wait up to 25 days before you contact us about not receiving your order.

The reason for the 25-day time scale is to include unforeseen circumstances, delays, imports and customs which may hamper the expected delivery date. 98% of the time your parcel will reach you.

Although an annoyance and inconvenience, in some circumstances it can take even 2 months for your order to arrive. This is out of our control. As we are a small business, if your parcel is delayed, a refund cannot be given until your item has been officially marked as lost by our courier. This is because although delayed, there is a high chance your item is still on the way.

RETURN POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund without reason, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase, with the product being unused and unworn.

 

After we receive your item, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed assuming it has passed the checks. A refund will be sent to your original payment method.

 

If the product is damaged, or you have initiated a return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

If the item was faulty upon receipt, you are liable for a refund, however, if the product has been damaged from the customers own-doing then a refund cannot be given.

 

All products are handmade and so should be handled with care, and not be used with force as this places strain on the functionality of our products.

The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense. It is advised to use a tracked service so you are not liable if the product is lost in the post.
