Will your rings make my fingers go green?All our jewellery is made using solid 925 silver - so they shouldn't!

Can I shower and get jewellery wet?For solid silver products - yes. However, this is not recommended for our gold plated vermeil products as it can encourage the gold layer to wear off over time.

Where is my order?Once we have dispatched your parcel, you can track it accordingly using the provided tracking number. Once the parcel is dispatched, it is out of my control. If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you cannot see it, please contact Royal Mail (if in the UK) or the international courier that the parcel was handed over to (for example UPS). No further information can be in relation to where your order is other than the tracking code.
